Many of us fear disease. Just take a look at the world right now. Many people are living in fear. Fear of becoming ill, or their loved ones becoming ill.

We are afraid of disease, and the consequences it would have on our lives if we get ill.

Yet majority of people have very little understanding of how the human body functions and what actually causes disease. So if we want to understand how to be healthy, it's important and very helpful to understand what causes disease. If we understand it, there is less chance that we will fear it.
